Team Lead & Senior DeveloperOn site consultant at Charles Russell Speechlys law firm. Was responsible to propose/design, manage and integrate their all .net applications affected by the primary functionality of the Interaction CRM system, the Worksite DMS and Elite financials system as they were merged to contain data from both sides of the business. This was part of a larger project to roll out a new desktop environment to the firm.
Phase 2 of the engagement was to re-engineering some of their legacy application in ASP and VB to get them up to the latest tech stack making it more maintainable and scalable. Lead onsite and offshore team to build/re-engineer the bespoke application. Working in Kanban process using TFS. Implementation of their AZURE infrastructure and CI. Designing and developing.

- Responsible to incorporate major change request for a key client Australian Beer Association.
- Delivered the changes in the existing portfolio asp.net web application, .Net WinForms and Web Form application, windows and web-services. Developed a data migration tool to populate the new system.
- Managed teams in multiple geographies with development teams in Ireland, Australia and UK.
- Build a new capturing/approval tool and website to capture media information from Facebook which would help client to do competitor analysis. The approval & monitoring system, a highly transactional, was a MVC based web tool/windows service.
- Developed a multi-threaded queue based capturing tool
